Publisher may not bid on Merchant brand, or any variation, through an engagement in paid search marketing activity. Publisher may not use the trademark or registered symbols in ad copy, to include title or body text on any paid search listing. Publisher may not use FatBrainToys.com domain name, or any variation thereof as the display URL in any paid search listing. All paid search entries must meet FatBrainToys.com approval before being published to a paid search platform. Publisher may not bid on competitor brand names, or any variation, through an engagement in paid search marketing. FatBrainToys.com trademark: FatBrainToys, FatBrainToys.com, FatBrainToyCo, FatBrainToyCo.com.
Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Publisher is prohibited from using offers, coupons or any sort of discount language in any ad copy/description on any search ad affiliated with FatBrainToys.com trademarks. Publisher must not give the impression that you are FatBrainToys.com through the use of phrases such as ‘Official’, ‘Official Store’ or “ Official Site.’ Publisher also must not promote direct competitors of FatBrainToys.com in any ad copy while bidding on FatBrainToys.com trademarks. Publisher must ensure that their ad copy is appropriate and 100% accurate and does not contain any claims that could be construed to be false or misleading.

Publisher agrees that, following notice from FatBrainToys.com, you will promptly remove or adjust any paid search listing containing copy and/or creative components that FatBrainToys.com in its sole discretion deems inappropriate for any reason.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
FatBrainToys.com prohibits direct linking from social media campaigns (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and etc). Publishers may not use or domain registration any variation/misspelled trademark name. FatBrainToys.com will evaluate publishers wishing to utilize such engagements on a case-by-case basis.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content
FatBraintoys.com prohibits any graphics, images, text or links that could be deemed in any way unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, violent, bigoted, pornographic, hate-oriented, threatening, or that would violate the copyrights, trademarks or any intellectual property rights of FatBrainToys.com. Publishers are prohibited from the use of any advertising or promotional messaging that applies a discount, coupon, or cash back to a specific FatBrainToys.com product without written approval of FatBrainToys.com. Publishers must obtain a written approval on any press releases or other marketing materials from FatBrainToys.com that mentions its brands or Fat Brain Toy Co. products. Toolbars, browser applications and/or extensions are not permitted. FatBrainToys.com will evaluate publishers wishing to utilize such tools on a case-by-case basis.

Publisher agree that by participating in the FatBrainToys.com program you will: (i) use any content in a lawful manner and that is does not contain any claims that could be construed to be false or misleading: (ii) not display or reference on your web site any trademark or logo of any manufacturer on the FatBrainToys.com web site except as expressly provided in the Content: (iii) not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party including but limited to copyrights, trademarks and privacy (for example the use or purchase of url's of FatBrainToys.com brands like “bran-name.com”, “brand-name-product-name.net” , “brand-name-coupons” are not permissible);
