Payouts will be based on the Final Ticket Sale Value (Base Fare excluding Taxes & Ancillaries) realized post-Flown. 

• Example: If a customer books a return flight (LHR-DOH-LHR) but only flies the outbound leg (LHR-DOH) and cancels the return (DOH-LHR), the Final Sale Value will be adjusted accordingly.
• The commission will be calculated based on the actual sale value received by Qatar Airways after travel completion.
• Other factors such as passenger changes, multi-city bookings, and flight modifications may also impact the final validation process.

Validation criteria : All recorded PNRs and order enquiries, will be validated based on Flown status instead of Booked status. This change is aligned with Qatar Airways’ 365-day travel window, which allows customers to modify or cancel bookings until they fly.

website contains content which promotes discrimination, harassment, violence or any other behaviors which are unacceptable to Us using our sole discretion
website content includes misleading or false information regarding our brand and the products/services offered. This includes promoting false or invalid voucher/coupon codes on Your site
Stand-Down & Attribution Compliance Affiliates, including browser extensions and similar technologies, must not automatically trigger tracking or place cookies on brand websites or during checkout without clear, intentional user activation. Passive, automatic, or non-consensual attribution is prohibited.
The use of "leaked," expired, or invalid codes is strictly prohibited. Toolbar Extensions should only promote codes explicitly provided through the affiliate platform.

You undertake not to use online/internet-based marketing in any form involving the utilization of search engine marketing and/or search engine optimization, to direct customers to their website(s) or to the Qatar Airways homepage and other landing pages by using the name of Qatar Airways, the name of any of its brands or that of any Qatar Airways Group company or any words similar thereto, including and without limitation the following key words: Air Qatar, Qatar, Qatar Air, Qatar air ways, Qatar Airlines, Qatar Airway, Qatar Airways, Qatar-Airways, www.qatarairways.com, Qatar air lines, qatarairways.com, qatarairways, katar airways, qr, katar airline, katar airlines, katar airline, qr.com, Privilege Club, Beyond Business and any miss spellings of any brand words and own language derivatives. Use of Direct linking (Use of Display URL) is not allowed.

Commissions will be paid only on the flown flight data, and any additional cost that is entitled to the booking (e.g., Extra baggage, upgrade, ancillary) will not be considered for commissioning, therefore the commission will be calculated without taxes and fees

Validation Window: Transactions will be validated within 90 days from the date of travel, not the date of booking.

Cancellations: Any bookings that are canceled or refunded prior to the travel date will not be eligible for commission
