These keywords can only be used in conjunction with a numerical keyword (25%, 10%, etc.) if it is: a) a legitimate offer on Expedia Site or, b) the Partner has explicit written approval from Expedia to promote an authorised Coupon campaign. 5.8 If your SEO activities and/or SEM activities are not in compliance with any of the requirements outlined in these Search Marketing Coupon Requirements (or any other terms and conditions of these Terms), or if you engage in any Prohibited Search Marketing Activities, we may, in our sole discretion and without limiting any other right or remedy to which we may be entitled: 5.8.1 remove the Partner Site from the Program; 5.8.2 terminate your participation in the Program and these Program Conditions; 5.8.3 withhold Commission on any booking(s) from commissionable lines of business when the booking is made in conjunction with Prohibited Search Marketing Activities; and/or 5.8.4 require you to refund any payments made by Expedia during such period of non-compliance. BIDDING 10.1 You must not bid on: 10.1.1 the Expedia Marks; 10.1.2 subject to Section 28.2, the Approved Bidding Terms; or 10.1.3 the Expedia Marks in conjunction with any other words. 10.2 In exceptional cases, Expedia might initiate contact with you to grant you written consent to bid on the Approved Bidding Terms. 10.3 Where granted, such consent may be withdrawn by Expedia at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
