Commission Fees may not be paid for the Qualified Purchase if the Referred Customer has been offered or received coupons, refunds, credits or discounts from the Affiliate or if the Referred Customer has joined a business-opportunity program (as determined by iPage in its sole discretion) that is managed or participated in by the Affiliate, unless iPage has provided its prior written permission. IPage, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to withhold indefinitely any Commission Fee, and/or to reverse or reject any Commission Fee, for customers engaging in "Domain Speculation," which is determined by the identification of more than two (2) web hosting accounts in the same Referred Customer's name that have no content on their Web sites.

Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites  

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to (i) access our site through the links solely in accordance with the terms of this agreement and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use the ipage.com trademark and logo and similar identifying material relating to us (but only in the form(s) that they are provided by us) (collectively, the "Licensed Materials"), for the sole purpose of selling IPage Products and Services on your site and as approved in advance by us. You may not alter, modify, or change the Licensed Materials in any way. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that You are a member in good standing of the IPage Affiliate Program.

Coupons and Promotional Codes  

Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program

Non-Commissionable Items  

Sales of Hosting Packages from abandon shopping cart remarketing/coupon. Affiliates will not earn commission on hosting accounts purchased in their own name or to existing customers. Blog Package Sale (this product was removed from affiliate commission due to extremely low volume).
