Allowed/Disallowed Media-
- Affiliates are not allowed to bid on iMobie trademarks and brands, iMobie brand plus, iMobie's product name, as well as misspellings and variations of the iMobie brands. All other bidding is allowed. The affiliate shall not pass itself off as an official iMobie site. Do Not use "™", "®", "©" or "official" in the advertisements if affiliates link to their own URLs.
- Affiliates are not authorized and shall not change iMobie's names, file names, trademarks, design logos, banners, ads, or other material for any purpose other than as expressly set forth herein or in any modification to this Agreement by iMobie.
- Affiliates shall only use and promote at the Affiliate Websites iMobie approved advertising banners, links, and other promotional materials.
- Affiliates are not allowed to offer additional coupons, bonuses, or incentives to the customer
- Affiliates are not allowed to use downloadable toolbars, adware, spyware, forced click (cookie stuffing), or any other malicious strategies to earn unfair commission payouts

Promotional Methods.Unless explicitly authorized in an EIO, Media Partner shall not promote a Creative using the following means:
(a) provision of leads obtained other than through intended consumer (“End User”) action (e.g. through the use of phone books, or similar such compilations of personal data);
(b) use of fake redirects, automated software, or other mechanisms to generate Actions;
(c) Actions that are not in good faith, such as those using any automated device, robot, Iframes or hidden frames; or
(d) the use of incentives to procure Actions from End Users.
