USE OF CONTENT
TYMO will be authorized to use/edit/repost the collaborated content for branding-oriented purposes on digital channels, e.g. brand social media account reposting, and digital brand awareness videos under the TYMO brand.
APPROVALS
TYMO is entitled to one round of reshooting for each product if the content does not meet the agreed brief; TYMO is entitled to two rounds of revision for each product while providing comments and approval of content before posting.
