4. Partner website/platform:

4.1 Partner's website must NOT:
(a) infringe on Sephora's or anyone else's intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights;
(b) violate any law, rule or regulation;
(c) contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive materials; 
(d) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; or
(e) contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of Partner commissions from another website. This includes toolbars, browser plugins, extensions and add-ons.

6. Paid Search Policy:
6.1 Partner may NOT bid on the terms, misspellings, or derivations of the following: Sephora.
6.2 Partner may NOT outbid Sephora for the placement of any keywords with the Sephora trademark or any combinations/misspellings thereof. 
6.3 Partner may NOT bid on the trademarked word "Sephora" in any manner, singularly or in any conjunction with, other characters or in combination with other words in the search that may result in a broad match of the word "Sephora" singularly.
6.4 Partner may NOT use the trademarked word "Sephora" in any Titles, the display URL of any paid ads, or any other way unless in strict accordance with Sephora's instructions or with the prior written approval of Sephora. 

Tracking  - Online

1. Partner conduct:

2.1 Partner must not use language such as "official" or any ad copy or do anything, use any language or act in any way which may give the appearance that the Partner represents Sephora or acts on Sephora's behalf in any way.
2.2 Partner must not register or use any domain name URL which includes the word "Sephora" in any way.
2.3 Partner may only use the approved marketing materials provided by Sephora, including logos, marketing copies, technical specifications, banners, product images, etc.
2.4 Partner is NOT permitted to use any form of technology, programming or scripting to display the contents of Sephora in a website location other than the designated Partner website, including, but not limited to, the use of iframes.
2.5 The Partner must not commit any act which might reasonably be considered: (i) to be defamatory, libelous, immoral or otherwise offensive to the public; or (ii) to injure, tarnish, damage or otherwise adversely affect or damage Sephora's good name and/or reputation. 
2.6 Partner shall not use or refer to Sephora's trade names or trademarks, for any purpose, including whatsoever as a commercial reference, without Sephora's prior written approval.
2.7 Should SEPHORA reasonably consider that any material published or produced by the Partner breaches any provision of this agreement, Sephora may request that such material be removed and the Partner shall remove such material immediately.

2. Program Links and Ads:

3.1 Partner may NOT use any variation of the Sephora trademark.
3.3 Partner's Website may NOT in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of any online property owned by Sephora.
3.4 Partner may NOT use any means to create the impression that the Partner's Website is the website of Sephora or any part of the website of Sephora, including but not limited to, framing of the website of Sephora in any manner.
3.5 Partner may NOT engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links on its website. In addition, wherever possible, the Partner may NOT attempt to mask the referring url information (ie the page from where the click is originating).
3.6 Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain from which the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is prohibited.
3.7 Without prejudice to any other rights Sephora may have, if the Partner is found redirecting links to hide or manipulate their original source, the Partner's current and past commissions will be voided and the Partner's commission level will be set to 0%. 
3.8 Promoting Sephora through a sub-affiliate network is permitted, however the Partner must be completely transparent with regards to where traffic from your sub-affiliates originated in order not to be in violation of the above restrictions.

5. Commission:

No commission shall be payable to the Partner for sale of gift cards. 
Sephora reserves the right to not commission on products considered as part of key product launches, discontinued partnerships or for any other reason Sephora finds that a product should no longer be commissionable.
If a previously commissionable product is no longer going to receive a commission, the Partner must promptly remove all banners and text links for those products from the Partner's Website.
6.5 Partner may NOT directly link from search ads. All paid search ads must link to a Partner's Website landing page.
6.6 In this clause, "bid" and "outbid" cover bidding for adwords, including but not limited to Google (and all their related search businesses), Bing (and all of Microsoft's related search businesses), Baidu, Yahoo, and any other search engines.

7. Social Media 
7.1 Partner may promote offers to the Partner's own social media pages. For example: The Partner may post, "25% off sale at Sephora through Wednesday with code XXXX25."
7.2 Partner may NOT post its affiliate links on Sephora's social media pages (eg. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc) in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.
7.3 Partner may NOT create social media accounts that includes Sephora's trademark in the page name and/or username.
7.4 Partner MUST manage all comments on the Partner's platform.
7.5 Partner MUST include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for this affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise
