The customer journey begins when the customer books an appointment on the website by entering the customer's car details and selecting a store of his convenience for a physical car inspection or at the comfort of his home(Purely relative to the city team's inspection capability). At the store/home, it's a 3 step process, which begins with inspecting the car on 200+ parameters which is followed by the live auctioning which takes place where 8-10 dealers participate and bid for the car. Lastly, the document transfer process begins and the customer receives instant money transfer for his car. The entire process is marketed as a 60 min process.
