the L'Occitane brand and products.
Unless authorised by L’Occitane no partner is permitted to bid on any brand or non-brand
keywords within ppc, display or google shopping campaigns.
If agreed, removal or amendment of offending adverts must take place within 5 working days.
Failure to respond to these notifications or failure to implement the required corrective action
could lead to authorised use of the L'Occitane trademark being revoked, as well as being a
breach of your Affiliate Partner agreement with L'Occitane.
Please Note: Any updates to these brand guidelines will be communicated to Affiliate Partners
via the Impact platform to ensure all stakeholders are in receipt of the latest version. In applying
for the L'Occitane programme you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be immediately warned and may have commission
reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Reactivation of your
account will be decided on a case by case basis.
