- require the publisher to cure its violation, non-compliance, or breach within a specified period of time;
- for each violation, impose a fine or Chargeback on publisher liquidated damage, which fine or Chargeback will not relieve publisher from its liabilities if the advertiser losses exceed such amount; or
- terminate the co-operation.
