Following reasons are commissions declined :

Order canceled
Item was returned
Customer failed credit check
Breach of program terms
Duplicate order
Item was out of stock

Inspire Uplift campaign does not help with the missing transactions.

Conversion Flow:

1. User makes transaction.
2. Sale is counted & credited.

Branding Policy :

Brand bidding along with permutations is not permitted on any search engine
Not use “TM” or “official” in your advertisements
Not use the brand “Inspire Uplift” or any permutation of it in your URLs
Not direct link to Inspire Uplift website, if using PPC
The look and feel of webpages must be unique and not mimic Inspire Uplift web properties to prevent confusion to the visitor
cannot own a domain which includes "Inspire Uplift" trademark or registered trademark

PPC Policy
Affiliates must not:

1. Purchase or license any domain names similar to inspireuplift.com
2. Bid on the “inspireuplift.com” keyword, or any of its misspellings on any search engines that operate web services
3. Use the keyword “inspireuplift.com” to perform search activity across any search engines that operate web services
4. Use the term “inspireuplift.com” or its derivatives in the affiliate’ ad text for driving traffic from competitor’s brand terms to the site or the affiliate’s sites.
5. Drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to “inspireuplift.com” pages. Affiliates have to use their own sites for traffic from search engines.

Copy and Creatives : Affiliates should only use creatives provided by the cuelinks
Any creative obtained through these channels must not be edited or modified unless expressed consent from the cuelinks

Email Policy - Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email (spam) under this affiliate program

PPC Policy Definition :

If publishers promote you via PPC, will they be entitled to full commission? - No
If publishers directly link to your website from search engines, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone) - No
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone) - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile) - No
Do you have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms? - No
For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from the following search engines? - No
Google, Yahoo, Bing, Other - No
Are there any specific search terms (keywords) where sales from publisher PPC ads will not be eligible to earn commission - Yes
If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine and link directly to your website, are they eligible to receive full commission? - Yes
If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine such as a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), does this activity need to be tracked in a separate specific publisher account? - Yes
