Downloadable Software Policies - 

Does this Advertiser allow the use of downloadable software applications within their program? - Forbidden

Clause 1.5 Search Engine Marketing. To the extent legally permitted, you undertake not to bid on any keyword, term or domain name containing the terms, misspellings or derivatives of KAYAK, SIDESTEP, MOMONDO, HOTELSCOMBINED, ROOMGURU, DETECTAHOTEL, CHEAPFLIGHTS, MUNDI, SWOODOO or CHECKFELIX or any additional brand names advertiser may acquire that Advertiser gives you reasonable notice of and you will not use these brands in its online or offline marketing. Furthermore, you will not bid on any keyword, term or domain name containing the trademarks of a Travel Supplier or any derivations or misspellings thereof. For clarity, Advertiser will not pay the Revenue Share for such traffic resulting from any you bids on such keywords. This Section shall not apply to marketing activities in the European Economic Area.

Clause 1.6 No promotion of Advertiser on Third Party Platforms. You agree to not use, link or reference any Advertiser from Third Party Platforms without prior written approval by Advertiser.

Clause 5.3. Advertiser has a zero tolerance policy towards brand bidding and remains the right to terminate all Engagements on this basis with immediate effect. All commissions will be denied.
