Publisher agrees not to purchase or bid for the placement of the giggle name, any variation thereof (including but not limited to abbreviations, misspellings, stringing of individual names into a single word, or any other variation which has the effect of implying the giggle name), and any other trademarks of giggle thereof within any third party search engine or portal, including but not limited to AOL.com, Yahoo.com, MSN.com, Google.com, Ask.com, and Miva.com. Additionally, Publisher is prohibited from paying third parties for placement in search engines and/or shopping portals on the basis of Publisher's use of the giggle name. Publisher may not reference a percentage off claim or use the terms “coupons" "deals” or similar words in the title or description of their searches on brand term keywords. This includes “giggle," ''www.giggle.com
” and other variations and misspellings. Publisher may not bid on competitors' brand names with the purpose of directing traffic to the giggle site. This includes misspellings and any variations or phrases containing competitors' names.

Affiliates may not use domains that are misspellings of our brand name.
Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Publisher may not use such copy as "official site” in search results for giggle.
