Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords - Branded keywords, terms, and related phrases are off limits to Publishers and include, but are not limited to, the use of the following – Apple Vacation(s) and AppleVacation(s).com. This includes possible misspellings, abbreviations, terms, and phrases identical to the restricted trade name but use the wrong case and the merging of the restricted trade name with other terms, words, or phrases. Publishers are required to use these as negative broad match keywords within their campaigns. Negative keywords are a feature of ad networks that block an advertiser’s ad from being shown within search results whenever a user includes these within their query. Failure to add these as negative keywords is a violation of program terms.
Search Campaigns - Non-compete SEM Bidding Keywords - Publishers are prohibited from outranking Apple Vacations for the following keywords including variations - promotion code(s), promo code(s), code(s), coupon(s), offer(s), deal(s), sale(s), and discount(s).
Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Display URL Content - Branded keywords, terms, and related phrases are off limits to Publishers and include, but are not limited to, the use of the following – Apple Vacation(s) and AppleVacation(s).com. Search Campaigns - Direct Linking - NO
Search Campaigns - Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers - Publishers engaging in Search Marketing to include organic search (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), display, and/or remarketing / retargeting to promote Apple Vacations are not authorized to link directly to the Apple Vacations website via search engines. Links within search results must direct visitors to the Publisher's website, without redirects, and not to AppleVacation(s).com.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords - Branded keywords, terms, and related phrases are off limits to Publishers and include, but are not limited to, the use of the following – Apple Vacation(s) and AppleVacation(s).com. Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content - Publishers’ use of Apple Vacations content, outside of what’s provided via the Cuelinks Affiliate platform, is prohibited without prior written approval. This applies to copy / text, graphics, icons, logos, fonts, color schemes, designs, and all forms of Apple Vacations’ branding. Website cloning is not allowed. Publishers are forbidden to use technologies that access, crawl, acquire, copy, deep-link, inline-link, or page-scrape AppleVacations.com and/or its other properties. This includes the use of artificial intelligence (AI), robots / bots, spiders, or other automated devices / software. Publishers caught using these methods to compromise or duplicate AppleVacations.com, its infrastructure, or resources will be terminated from the program.
Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites - The acceptance or decline of a Publisher is at Apple Vacations’ sole discretion for any reason. This includes Publishers that engage in content that could be classified as defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or does not maintain a reasonable standard of quality.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites - Approved Publishers may use text links, banner ads, and logos provided via the cuelinks Affiliate platform. Use of any other content from Apple Vacations, without prior written approval, is strictly prohibited.
Incentivized Traffic - Allowed - No cashback / rebates can be given at the time of booking / purchase – only after the travel dates have been met. Cancelled bookings are not cashback / rebate or commission eligible.

Social Media - Allowed - Publishers are permitted to promote AppleVacations.com via Instagram, Meta / Facebook, X / Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
Non-Commissionable Item - Commissions exclude taxes and fees. Bookings / sales generated through unauthorized coupons / promotion codes are not commission eligible. Commission eligible sales must include the minimum of a flight + hotel package or an international hotel booking. Bookings for flight-only, domestic hotel-only, activity-only, attraction-only, tour-only, rental car-only, or any combination without the minimum of a flight + hotel package or an international hotel are not commission eligible. Cruises are not commission eligible. Cancelled bookings are not commission eligible.
Miscellaneous - Special Instructions - Apple Vacations provides special tagged links via the cuelinks Affiliate platform. These links include tracking parameters which determine commissions and fees. Publishers must ensure the use of properly tagged links. Apple Vacations is not responsible for lost commissions due to misused or untagged links. Apple Vacations reserves the right to terminate any Publisher from this program for any reason. Should this agreement be terminated, Publishers must immediately remove all links to AppleVacations.com from their websites, mobile sites, apps, toolbars, browser extensions, and other platforms / networks.
