We do not allow trademark bidding.
TM+ search rights to select affiliates who promise to only post what we allow. Any others will be removed from the program if they don't comply.
We allow direct linking.
We allow downloadable software partners to join our program.
We allow incentivized partners to join our program.
We allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Coupon sites are not allowed to post codes without explicit permission from us. If affiliates don't comply, They will be removed immediately from the program.
