Please reference Special Terms & Conditions: Affiliate shall not bid on any of the words containing a trademark, trade name, service mark or logo utilized by Sears in the conduct of it business, or any version or derivative thereof, including but not limited to, the words set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein ("Sears Marks") through any pay-for-placement search engines or in meta-tags. Mobile: We do not allow any bidding on our search term unless approved in advance on mobile devises. Broad/negative match guidelines: affiliates must negative match the keyword "Sears". The use of iFrames and any other methods to frame the Sears site is not permitted.

Mobile: All policies stated in these marketing policies also apply to mobile promotions. By accepting these program terms mobile affiliates agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. Mobile: m.sites are the only tracking sites - not APPs

Not allowed - Compliance/reversals/removal from program guidelines -
Publishers may NOT cause or enable any sales to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to, by means of any device, program, robot, Iframes, hidden frames or redirects, spyware, malware, or adware. Traffic cannot be sent directly to the Sears offer without a click that is initiated by the user; traffic to the offer without a user initiated click is considered a forced click (cookie stuffing). Publishers who violate any of these policies (traffic results in non-compliant means of generating impressions, clicks, leads, or sales to Sears) will be removed from the program and risk commission reversals.
