Hot – This is a lead which can be closed within a week to 10 days maximum. This lead shows great interest and wants to close quickly
Warm – This is a lead which shows interest, but due to some issue or the other will take 2-4 weeks to close, they are intent but not highly motivated to complete the requirements quickly
Needs Follow Up – This lead is one which will require multiple follow ups to get to an intent stage. They don’t have great intent but are acceptable to get course details and giving it a think over. This lead will typically take more than a month of follow ups to close. One another thing about this lead is they ask you to follow up with them
- Registration form filled: Filled registration form only. No fees paid.
· Registration fee paid: Reg. form filled and reg. fees paid but yet to complete admission process
· Qualified: Admission done
Cold – This is a lead similar to NFU. They may not want to take this up immediately now but may think about it in the future. The future has to be within the drive. Both NFF and Cold leads are eligible for one of our courses.

Dead – This is a not interested lead, also may not be currently eligible or wants a different course. They don’t show any interest in our courses at all
No Response – Leads that typically do not respond multiple times of calling are No Response Leads. Again, they need to be called at least 4 / 5 times during different parts of the day even after they have been termed No Response.
Invalid Lead – This is a lead where the lead details are all wrong – phone number, name and/or profile
Not Contacted Lead – Self explanatory
· Reborn: Earlier lead that has again filled up our lead gen form. Reborn status is temporary and has to quickly change to one of the other statuses
· Frozen – This lead is interested, but not for this drive. He/She wants but for future drives
