Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
Publishers must not engage in typo-squatting, or own a typo domain. 2. Domain names must not include or use misspellings of either "ABBYY" or "abbyy" e.g. www.ABBYY.com. Misspellings of domains include those with missing characters, extra characters, wrong character sequences, and where the wrong key is pressed, e.g. free.abbyy.com, www.aABBYY.com, www.ABBYYtech.co.uk etc. 3. Publishers must not own a domain, which includes an ABBYY trademark or registered trademark. Domains containing the registered trademark "ABBYY" are strictly prohibited. 4. Publishers must not use sites under construction, sites that show or cause any type of error, doorway pages, sites or pages with automatic redirects. 5. Publishers must not operate or utilize a website, or email a link to a website, which contains or promotes the following types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-related, illegal, cracking, hacking, anti-brand messaging or that offer illegal goods or services. 6. Publishers must not use copycat sites, or use any content or images from any ABBYY websites, except for content and images which have been expressly allowed for use by Affiliate partners. 7. Publishers may use the text links and/or banner ads ABBYY provides to Affiliate Partners only in the form in which they are provided. Subject to the limitations contained herein, the Publisher may place such links and/or banner ads on their own website in whatever location the Publisher prefers. 8. Not to use a web site that is confusingly similar to the official ABBYY website, or which may mislead third parties into thinking the Publisher is ABBYY or an Official Partner of ABBYY. This includes copying and framing any of the ABBYY web pages. 9. The Publisher further agrees not to promote himself in a way that may mislead third parties into thinking the Publisher is ABBYY or an Official Partner of ABBYY.

Publishers must not hard code creative/logos, but should use those supplied in the affiliate network interface. 3. For customized creatives, please always contact the ABBYY Affiliate Team.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites
Publishers cannot own a domain which includes a ABBYY trademark or registered trademark. Domains containing the registered trademark "ABBYY" are strictly prohibited. The same restrictions apply to the use of ABBYY trademarks on Social Media Platforms. User names, display names and/or page names must not include any ABBYY trademarks, unless authorized explicitly.
